membership fees for this plan.
If you are a New York sole Proprietor with a
business located in New York, Kings, Queens, Bronx, Richmond, Nassau or
Suffolk Counties, you are eligible to enroll in one of these exciting
plans options. This plan can insure people in most of NY State.
Oxford is owned by United Healthcare.You will have
access to over 70,000 phycians in the New York tri-state area. You
will also have access to over 450,000 UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus Network
physicians throughout the U.S. when outside Oxford's service area.
The HSA with Oxford uses Exante Bank.
