Issue Ages 50 - 80  (age nearest birthday)

(75 in MO and NY  -  78 in KS, NJ, PA and WV )

Full life insurance benefits are payable after a modified benefit period of three years, beginning as of the policy effective date,  with some state variations: KS and PA have fixed graded benefits over the first three years, MO, NJ and WV have a modified benefit period of two years.

If death occurs during the modified benefit period, all premiums paid during the initial period are refunded plus 5% interest for all policies (except KS and PA).

The full face amount of the policy will be paid if death occurs after this initial period, or at any time if the cause of death is accidental bodily injury.

Premiums are level and payable to age 121.
Coverage continues to age 121.
