Seniors
who fail to enroll by December 31st may
not be eligible to enroll before the next open
enrollment period commencing 11/15/2009 and their
coverage will not begin until 1/1/2010.

Enrolling Broker will receive a One-Time Fee of $35.00
for each person enrolled in the plan, providing that you
submit the application to our agency.
If you enroll your client on line, or send the
application directly to the Company we will not be paid
and hence YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!
