Standard Non-Tobacco	No Tobacco for 1 Year
Occasional Cigar Smokers may qualify for Preferred Plus Non-Smoker rates. No nicotine present in the urinaalysis. No other use of tobacco for at least 5 years. No more than 1 Cigar per week.

Preferred Plus	No Nicotine for 48 months
Preferred Non-Tobacco	No Nicotine for 12 months
Standard Non-Tobacco	No Nicotine for 12 months
